[Resolved] DishTV — service negligence of dish tv management and customer care

My stb was showing 301 error and i called them for service and none attended even the customer care guys doesnt have any knowledge expect making over action of calls and every day i am hearing it will happen today but not happening...every time when i called customer care says we will solve it by 6 pm but truely no one solved
every day same drama...if you cant say you cant directly...dont cheat subscribers..
i have audio recording of what your customer care guys promised every time when i called
