[Resolved] DishTV — set top box stopped working after just 15 months | |||
My vc no is [protected]. My set top box stopped working after just 15 months. Had purchased on april 17. Last time it was working fine. I was back after a week yesterday and it is not working. When called they said i need to pay rs 613 rs including charge of service engineer. Break up rs 413 for set top box and rs 200 for engineer. Feel so cheated. I had already paid package for 3 years and it stopped working after 1 n half year. Why should i pay again. A definitely dissatisfied customer. Want my money refunded for 15 months and let them pick there product. Want refund. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||

I recharged for Rs 300 from a dealer shop in kuzhithurai and not got accounted and in TV account not showing recharged.
