DishTV — setup box fault customer id[protected]

I am using d2h services since july 2015 but in dec 2018 there was fault in setup after complaint they changed and charged rs. 400/- for the same after that same thing happened after around 40 days so after complaint they again changed it and charged rs. 200/- after that same thing happened again within month they changed it again and now the same thing happen again and when i complained they want to charge me for the same. So they are making us fool and looting our money by giving us faulty set up box. Mobile no. - [protected]

I am a existing customer of Dish TV & have 2 connections i.e.
VC No- [protected] at Jalandhar On April firs t 1.04.2019 that u have to pay Same price Rs 716 for Child connection Same As Parent connention

Now What I face is a ditch from Dish TV, as they are hiding the truth and selling the product on basis of Lies.
