[Resolved]  DishTV — setup box not working from 5 days

I have registered complaint that my setup box is not working on 14th aug, 2019. Their executives assured me that complaint is sorted out within 48 hours. I have called them too many times but they were just making fool and not giving proper answers. As per trai tweet dated 14th jan 2019 if tv connection is faulty then there is a provision of call centre. If connection is not restored in 72 hours, then you do not have to pay.

Fault in set off box which they provide us and interruption between service which they provide us ...I also called to customer care but they provide me inconvenient information and also they given me unnecessary answered..

I want justice from this fake service which dish TV provide right now..they are assumed customer like fool..they are given unnecessary answered to their customer with ignorant so I want justice from whole this fake services..
