[Resolved] DishTV — Show 102 error but validity period is not over and complaints against representative | |
My vc no is [protected]. My recharge date is 01 sep 21, but after switch on TV, its show that low balance(102 error). When I call to representative, he tell me to switch on my TV for 15 mins. After 35 mins, I call again to representative. But she is not able to provide any solution, not even taking any complaints. When I tell her to connect senior executive, she is deny to connect and disconnect my call. I want justice for this type of behavior.. Was this information helpful? | |
