[Resolved]  DishTV — STB replaced with Older Model

My STB was hanging so i registered a complaint with customer care. The technician came and replaced the STB box with a different model older previous generation Set top box because of which i am facing degradation in picture quality on HD channels.
I complaint to customer care again but no response from them.

The Set Top Box should be replaced with either same model or a newer model, but not a previous generation model so that i dont face degradation of picture clarity.
