[Resolved]  DishTV — suspended viewership

I was a regular dish tv viewer since 2004 and the service was good enough to be with. During oct 2018 some dish tv technician called and told that dish tv changing the sob from mpeg 2 to mpeg4. I thought the updated version may be better than existing. But the picture and audio quality was bad hence i didn, t hand over my old vc bearing no m[protected]. Then i demanded for swaping to old one they did it. I was happy subsequently on 8th of nov 18 i recharged for three months and i was told that my switch off date is feb 2019.
But they suspended my viewership since from midnight of nov 14. Then made repeated appeals through mails, call and sms. But they refused to reinstate the sob service.
Now i appeal you to refund my initial deposit made on sob and the unused three months recharge amount at the earliest.

Our dishtv is not used since 2years and it is deactivated, and the costumer care service is not helping me and activing my dish tv because I lost my sim and forgotten the the registerd mobile number so please help me to find out the register mobile number .
