DishTV — taking additional network fee

According ur regulation we can avail 100 (Dd+fta+paid) with network capacity fee 130 +gst, but i choose (26dd+26 fta+ 17 paid=69). But dish customer care said ur price (₹130 (Fta)+₹59 (Paid)+gst=₹223 +₹20 (Gst)=₹247.
17paid channels have extra ₹20+gst as network capacity fee
Which is write ₹223 or ₹247
My question for trai and govt - is trai for people or jio?
This regulation is 2times costlier than before.
Why network capacity fee where dd free
Dish has nothing like this?

I recharged 0n[protected] Rs 214 but not yet started even soo many follow up dish tv customer care persons not solving 102 error issue .what the hell I do!!!
