[Resolved]  DishTV — technician problem and lack of customer service

Hi my dishtv VCC # is [protected]. i had booked dishtv and booked a tech on 16th of august and i was promised that a technician would be there within 24 hrs, its 17 august 2014 and i am still waiting for a technician, its very hard to understand how they calculate 24 hrs... every time i call customer care they are just of no use, no technician came to my house and i am still waiting... Their distributor Arihant telecom in Bhuj - Kutch has changed my STB No. without my permission and due to this I cannot view the dishtv programs from 15 August . My account is recharged upto 2nd October. I am not able to enjoy or view my services and i also called dist tv asking for compensation and they said nothing can be done about... I hope anything can be done now via consumer forum...plz help. My dishtv complaint no. is 14253140 dated 16th Aug.. Must say really pathetic service, because of providers like this we have to face this problems
