[Resolved] DishTV — technician visit never happened after frequent calling | |||
No channels are being telecasted since 23oct'19 [vc no: [protected]]. On asking the cc they told that it's because of the distv - videocon merger and the dish needs to be aligned to a new direction. Cc registered a compliant after my call (They should have proactively assigned a technician) and said a technician will be there within 24hrs. After calling daily to cc, they will transfer the call to a senior supervisor, and that supervisor will say hello after 30 mins. And still after that issue didnt resolve. Dishtv switch off the services if we didnt recharge on time. Now we are not provided with the service for the last 3 days, are they going to refund the amount or extended the service that charged for these 3 days? No right!! Pathetic company. Oct 31, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Frequent calling to customer care didn't escalate anything. After I wrote the feedback twice to the CEO(dishtv has write to CEO option on thier website) the real escalation happened.
Technician visit happed after 6 days.
But if you know any local technician even they can align the dish but with the service cost. DishTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
