DishTV — Transfer amount to new VC

This is regarding the recharge done on 26th June of Rs 573 through Dish TV app by HDFC credit card. Payment went to wrong VC [protected] which is our old account.
I have called several times to customer care also I have registered the complaint through Dish TV website in Do it yourself section on 29th
June. I also received the complaint no.[protected]. But no revert has been given at your end. I have sent mails to nodal officer but no revert.

This is humble request to transfer the amount to our new VC account [protected].

I am really fed up with customer care service of Dish TV.

I have sent mail to write2us, I want my resolution in 24 hrs.
Otherwise I will send complaint to PMO Grievance and social media also.
