[Resolved] DishTV — unable to contact to customer care | |||
I want to choose my aapna wala pack as by myself. To activitie it i have to either visit your website or dishtv application or to call you people. The problem you are giving to your customer satisfaction is that your website is not working, your dishtv application is not working, and your customer care number is always busy and after sending dishtv call me msg you people are just calling but you are not saying anything. You people are just making your customer fool, just for the profit your are giving such a pathetic service. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Feb 07, 2019 DishTV Customer Care's response Dear Dharma, Our website/App has probably hit a technical snag. Our team is checking this and will fix the same soon. Further, However, if you're trying to select the channels/packs as per the TRAI guidelines, we would suggest you to send a mail at [protected]@dishtv.in along with the list of channels/packs which you want to select, our team will help you with the same.
