[Resolved] DishTV — unable to renew subscription as per trai guidelines | |||
I am a long time subscriber of dish tv services. With the recent trai guidelines regarding channel packs & pricing, we have been trying to change over to the new regime. A service request has already been made online on the dish tv website for the same. We have since tried following up on their helpline, where no one pick ups or we are told that the system is under update. When we try getting on their website, the site takes too long to load and we eventually have to give up, or the page doesn't seem available. In the meanwhile, we continue to renew both set-top boxes at the previous rates, which are almost double of the new regime. Request dish tv to look into this and enable the new subscription regime at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
