Hi, i wish to activate these channels on my dish tv pack.

1}ren tv
2}pink tv - us (Known as heat tv in europe)
3} adults only channel - australia
4}adults only select - australia
5}aov adult movie channel - canada
6}blue juice television - uk
7}hardtv - canada
8}hustler tv - canada
9} inxtc tv channel - europe
10} maleflixxx

I want to activate these channels on my dish tv pack. If there is any others charges for activation, i m ready for paying it... Thanks
