[Resolved] DishTV — want to change my multi tv connection | |||||
I have purchased 4 dishtv connections on 9th jan 2017, Vc no [protected] (Parent) Vc no [protected] (Child) Vc no [protected] (Child) Vc no [protected] (Parent) At the time of purchasing i made it clear that i want two parent connections with with 1 child connection to each parent connection, But the installation guy linked 2 child connection to one parent. Since then i have been trying to make this right by calling customer care again and again. But no one listened to my complain properly and said we cant do anything, I dont understand where is my fault in this, as i have cleared it from the beginning about my requirements, Why should i suffer from the mistake done by their staff (Installation guy) No one is interested to resolve my complaint and customer care service is not at all helpful, Why should i pay for all the connections, I demand to link my child connection vc no [protected] to Parent connection vc no [protected] Or just give my money back for all the connections. I am fed up of calling again and again for the same issue and getting a single solution from dish tv customer service. Better resolve my issue asap else i will post my complain on social media and will make sure it goes viral, Its your last chance to restore faith from this cutomer.
