I have recharge with amount 300/- on aug 03 2019in my videocon dth account[protected]. The same has not been reflected in my account and called customer care regading the issue and the manager/supervisor has promised me that with in 2 working days the issue will be solved and he recommended that don't recharge again until we resolve the issue.
Please note that until now (15-aug-2019) the issue has been solved and still i am unable to see the channels. Since form 3-aug-2019 my videocon dth screen showing that "please recharge your account".
Its very worst experience i had and they are still unable to resolve the issue. Was this information helpful? |
