[Resolved] DishTV — wrong installation of the dish antenna

Installation of the dish antenna is not correct and i have called the dish tv customer care number so many times for the same and every time they said that the technician will come to fix that issue.

But it's been almost 10 days and nobody has come to fix that issue.

Can you please forward my request to the concern department.

I have already registered my complaint on phone so many times and sent the mail ([protected]@dishtv.in) at this email id but nobody is taking the action on resolving my issue.

This is the pathetic service I have ever had in my life from any service providers . What their customer care executive communicated on phone call, it doesn't match with the person who called for the verification.

Kindly take my request to disconnect the connection and Refund my amount accordingly.
