[Resolved] DishTV — Wrong recharge of my mistake

My dish tv vc no. Is [protected] in the name of sachin kumar
But on 13/04/2017 i have make a recharge of 535/- on vc no. [protected] by mistake.

At that time the customer care exicurive told me that they will refund the amount to my correct vc no but till date i have log complains many time but didnot get any responce from dish tv.

Recharge date-13/04/2017
Recharge through - sbi bank portal
Paytym order number-[protected]

My correct vc no is [protected]
So request you to please do the needful for the transfer of recharge to my correct vc no.
