[Resolved] DishTV — wrong set top box | |||
I have booked online setup box (D-7000 hd) on dated 31-oct-2018 with your booking reference number 637751 amount 1950 with recording facility. But i have been supplied setup box d-5004 hd without recording facility which i do not need. I therefore request you to replace the setup box as soon as possible. As it was wrongly delivered. When i booked online it is showing the recording facility (D-7000 hd) which i need but the set up box which i received doesn't have recording facility. And the setup box supplied to me it's model no d_5004hd. Please replace with d-7000 hd setup box same i booked online. Was this information helpful? | |||
