[Resolved]  DishTV — yearly subscription

I have submitted complaint vide dish tv customer care ticket no[protected] but so far no action has been taken.
I have renewed my dish tv subscription in last week of nov'17 for a period of one year. At that time, it was informed that ten sports channel will be charged wef 1st of dec'1 and presuming that ten sports channel cost was also included in the subscription.
But now the channel was removed because i need to pay again.

Whereas sony channel issuing a statement to the effect that "customers should demand from the dish tv" operator to include the ten sports channel in the subscription.

Dear Krishnan KS,

As per our conversation on [protected], informed you that due to increase in the input cost, Sony Ten channels are not available in Base packs and can only be offered on add-on basis since 1st Dec. 2017. However, as our old and valued Subscriber, they can get Sony Ten channels at Rs. 10/- or 20/- (SD / HD) from 1st Dec. 2017. Moreover, a Scroll has already been given to Sony Ten channels from 25th Nov. 2017 regarding removal of Sony Ten channels from base packs.
Moreover, Sony, Ten 1 Free activated till 25th Feb. 2018 and waiver of Rs. 90/- given to provide Sony Ten 1 on Free basis until next renewal date.

In my earlier complaint it was informed that As per the Dish TV, sony Ten 1has been provided on free basis until next renewal date i.e. in the month 30.11.2018 where as it has given the connection till feb'18 for a month and disconnected again. Why

The complaint has not been resolved yet. Dish TV has increased the monthly subscription i.e. from Rs.590/- + Rs.25 Malayalam HD channel to Rs.600+Rs. 25 from Mar'18. . They had given Rs.90/- as discount and started recovering Rs.10/- per month as such I have been given a loan of Rs.90/-. Now they are charging Rs.600+10 (for the discount) whereas it should have been Rs.590+10), . When questioned the call center agent initially confronted but later informed that the matter has been processed with higher ups. So far no information has been received from higher ups;

Inspire of your assurance dish tv is charging every month Rs10/- March, April May. Giving false assurances is not good for the big companies like yours as wells it tentamounts to cheating the customers. Due to your mistakes repeatedly I would request you to provide all ten 1;2;3 channels for free till my rext renewal date I.e Nov’18

Also, as seen in your statement of account, we have already given a waiver of ₹90 for 9 months subscription of the mentioned channel. Do let us know in case you need any further assistance.
