District Scholarship Committee — rejection of scholarship by district scholarship committee

Respected sir/mam,
My name is naincy sharma d/o arvind sharma belong to kanpur (U. P.). I am student of llb 2nd year from pt. R. K. Shukla college of law amiliha chaubepur kanpur. My scholarship registration no. [protected] of 2017-18. At the level of verification by district welfare officer, the application has been rejected by district scholarship committee on 11 mar 2018 without stating the reason. My first year scholarship (Registration no. [protected] of 2016-17) was also not reimbursed stating reason that fund not available.

Please explain the reason why my scholarship has been rejected by you.
