Hi, i subscribed for ditto tv's (Usa) 3 month pack yesterday (16th jan 2018) and enjoyed many shows. But today (17th jan 2018) it shows that ditto tv is currently not available in my country. I stay in the usa.

I feel cheated of my money that i paid yesterday. Please solve the problem as soon as you can. My mother cannot watch her favorite tv shows and i already paid $10 subscription fees.

I had used ditto tv couple of months back, used it for about a month and had no issue. But I subscribed back again on 15th Jan and yes it says not available in your country (USA)

They should refund the money. It is unethical to deduct the subscription fees and then say it is not available the very next day.

Hello,

I did not get any feedback from Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. This is very unethical of them to charge me subsciption fees and then block the service the next day. I feel humiliated and cheated.
