Ditto TV — Payment deducted for subscription but says not subscribed. | |||||
I subscribed for the ditto tv monthly pack, payment done through my mobile balance and signed up through my gmail account. But website says that i did not subscribe any package but my money has been deducted. Please help me either get my money back or my account working and i got a message saying "thank you for using your mobile number for rs 20 towards fortune web app on[protected]:43 pm, txn id:[protected]. Please contact [protected]@dittotv.com for any queries along with txn id. So please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
