[Resolved] Ditto TV — Subscription not activated. | |||||
I have subscribed to ditto tv on 23rd of this month by paying r's 50 through my mobile balance. an amount of rs 50 has already been deducted from by mobile balance. The txn i'd is 48144881. Till now the subscription is not activated. when i try a channel available in your app, it is giving a message "not subscribed". Pl look into urgently. I can be reached on mob [protected]. Jul 29, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Solved the problem.now I am satisfied.
Pl remove my complaint from the site as I am getting many phone calls from the public. Pl do not call on my number for any query regarding ditto tv. Ditto TV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

And also What about my days spent by clarifying my details and reporting to you because of your fault?
I am very update by using your subscription transaction process and this type of inconvenience i got.
1. Mobile Number:- [protected]
2. User id:- [protected]
3. Region:- Ahmedabad/India
4. Email ID: - [protected]@yahoo.com
5. Amount Paid: - Rs. 50
6. Mode of payment: - Pay Using Mobile Balance
7. Application used :- Yes 2 days trial then apply Subscription through app
8. Payment Proof:- attached
9. Error Details :- Still show Subscription require after payment done and after restart app.

I have subscribed 3 times and each time 20 rupees is deducted from my balance but still not subscribed, it says transaction failure . But it gets deducted from balance
