Hey It's pathetic to see, there is no provision to cancel the auto renewal or stop the subscription in ditto tv site or mobile app. I hardly use the app because of less time and i want to cancel the subscription from now onwards, but since i am from usa, it's hard for me to wait at night and call the india helpline no, which is not available in weekends. Please cancel my subscription, email id "smily. [protected]@gmail.com" and ensure the money is not deducted in upcoming renewal cycle. Thanks Sumanta Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Ditto TV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 25, 2017 Updated by smily.sumanta I tried calling the number (+[protected] and it rings and none picks up. Sorry state of affairs with Ditto TV :-( Nov 25, 2017 Updated by smily.sumanta I got a response, thank you. They informed it is not required for the subscriber to cancel, as they don't store credit card information and doesn't do auto renewal. On the day of renewal, if I am not paying the subscription will stop. So I don't need to take any action. Thanks Sumanta

Sir i face it problem, my ditto tv 1 month subscription does not work proper.When i have open channel it;s shown eror code.

Please solve it.

Or ditto tv support contact number which was shown his website does not work(said some time close service)

Dera ditto tv...Without my permission u have took my money from paytm [censored]ing way collecting money they don't even informed mee...bluddy give back my money i don't need any subscription
