Diva Deal — bra

I.ordered shapewear amounting to rupees 799 and paid via Paytm on Nov 24 .I did not get the product or amount yet.

On mailing they say they will respond in 5 days .

I am eligible for refund .

I ordered Air bra set of 2 for rupees 1199, but i got only one plz verify and send another. My order number #: DD158595 Plz verify and replyme my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.

Refund has not been done for my orders that I had placed

I have purchased 2 waistbands for 1299 but received only one.. There is no answer to the phone calls attempted

I received daddy duster yesterday 18.03.2019 from diva deal amounting to Rs 999 and order DD #176725
When I opened the parcel I was shocked seeing the product, the product cost less than Rs100 in market but diva deal charged me Rs999. Immediately I mailed to support @divadeal.in and at 11 a.m I called customer care and said. He told me to wait for 24hrs you will get response from support team. Till now I haven't receive and respond mail.
Please help me out to get my money back.

I ordered daddy duster but it looks like used one.
Asked to return and refund the amount through email but no reply yet. Even no answer from calls too.
