I have ordered one product from diva deal and i had cancelled it within two hours because i had urgency to leave the country and i sent them cancellation email. Inspite of that they sent the product to my house two times, since nobody was in house the shipment got cancelled automatically. The product has reached back to diva deal but after calling them n number of times they are not ready to refund our money. I never seen such fraud company and worst customer service in my entire life Was this information helpful? |
