I ordered smooth skin pro, it was delivered today but not working or removing hair. I would like to return and receive a refund. Order no DD23778, I contacted them they are not responding to my emails properly. They don't have phone support to call. Worst online shopping. They simply don't bother to reply to the emails. I purchased the item in October but still, my issue isn't resolved. they only replied twice and didn't bother to resolve the issue.
