Diva Deal — very poor quality of juicer mixer grinder

I have purchased a portable steamer iron from diva deal. My order no. Is vds2858. Its not good and also have a very poor quality. The mixer is not able to do anything as the diva deal claimed. Want to return you. So pls help me. I have recived this item morning 48 hours ago. I have called them many times but they did not answer my call. I have bought it of amounting to rs. 1899. Pls refund my money back.
