I had ordered the above said product on 30th september by paying rs.999/- in the advertisement they have offered 99/- discount on payment and rs500/- cash back where as rs.99/- discount was not applied, also the cashback offer was provided with a code no. To avail on the next purchase within a few hours of time line. Hence went ahead and cancelled the order immediately. As per their terms and conditions it needs to be cancelled before shipping the product and did the same.in spite of my cancellation the product was shipped next day and after 2 days i received the message stating the product will be delivered to me. 2 days continuously i received the message but product was not dispatched instead end of the day i received the message again stating product can not be delivered as cancellation requested. On contacting the person whose number was provided in the message has not replied properly. He was arrogant to answer and disconnected the call. After which he did not receive my calls. Since then i am trying to contact via email [protected]@divadeal.in requesting to refund the amount, no one is bothered to answer my mail.
