Diwine Store — received a different product than what was promised and not getting refund n return | |||||
I had ordered a saree from divine.in website which was saying as silk saree of rs. 899+100 shipping charges. But received a very bad saree which might costs rs 100 in the market. Before ordering i have contacted the website person on whatsapp. He assured me the return n refund of the product didn't like me. But when i tried to reach for return he didn't give me any reply and not receiving the calls. Diwine store cheated on me. I have order a yellow colour party wear saree but they sent me cheap quality white silk saree.they now not receive my phone.

The saree I have ordered for 899+100 is completly different from d one Ordered. How could I return it not given any option . I contacted one number which is given in d parcel, but this number is switched off๐๐

Mai Delhi se Malviya Nagar se hu maine ek saree black nd pink colour ka order kiya or isne ek ghatiya si 100 rs ki sari deliver kar di hai 899 ki saree thi 100rs isne shiping charge li hai phone kar rhi hu koi reply nhi kar rha hai ye online frod kam kar rhe hai mai consumer court jaungi
Pls help me completely ban that diwine store I will file a case on it no return policy and such a fraud company

Return policy should b done...
No proper contact..with the Diwine store...
Money should be refunded otherwise saree should be exchanged

The saree what I received, our govt gave us for free during a festival.
This is a very fraud website..never ever order from this website.
Just for the sake of profit making they play with the tastes and emotions if customers.
