DJB — non availability of tanker | |||
My wife has been requesting for a tanker for the past 5 days as we have had no water. The call centre gave a name of one joginder ji and he gave another name. Both do not pick up their phones and we have no clue as to whom to approach. It is festival time and without water we are feeling very frustrated. Wrong billing has been done against above mentioned kno no for the month fm nov2017 to jan 2017. My average consumption is 18 to 20 unit per month whereas for a/m period reading has been noted as 9 &15units respectively.last reading was 2385 but actully its 2453. thatswhy next bill will increase in huge amount thats not fare
