Unfortunately, I had to deal with DLF customer service department and with great pain and stress, I would like to bring to your attention that I experienced horrible service from the Customer Service Department. This department is filled with inefficient, inconsiderate and lazy people. They don't reply to your email in a consistent manner. Nor they like to acknowledge that they are processing your request. When they send emails, their instructions are neither clear nor concise and they are not organized in what they want from you in regards to the paperwork.
