[Resolved]  DLF Home Developers — Not responding to queries

I have booked a villa with DLF in Bangalore "Bella Greens Project" and have paid more than 25% payment till date and it is now more than one and half years since the project has started. As the pace of the project is slow have raised queries to then seeking to update on the project. Till date have sent them more than 20 reminders from Sep 2014 and have not received any response to my E mails. They do not pickup calls as well. What are the recourse available to me that I can get a full refund of the amount paid till date with penal interest on account of the following 1. The project is delayed 2. No feedback to customer.
