DLF Home Developers — Very bad customer support experience and no compensation given for the delayed possessions

This is subhash, i have bought a flat in one of dlf project in bangalore dlf woodland height (My town) and now got my final demand note.in my final demand note i could not see any compensation given for the late possession on the top of that i have been asked for another delayed interest amount of 2, 129.00 which i had already paid.
In order to resolve my query i tried reaching customer care contact person at dlf bangalore office “mr. Rama rao” his response to all of my question was pathetic, he never answer any of my query on the top of that when i requested for any contact number which i can call in order to sort of the confusion then he give me one number which he never picked up. Most of the time his number is not reachable or switched off.
Bank is asking for few clarification and until i answer them i can not get the final payment done from the bank and for the same i have been trying to reach dlf support staff from the last 15 days, by 30th march i should make the final payment but without having proper documentation or information it is not possible.
My question to dlf management, why have you assigned such a person for your customer care who is not at all able to respond to the customer or least bothered about customer support issue’s, if there is more work load then why can’t you have someone else looked into the customer query specifically to cater the bank related processing.
I wanted to make this quick as i am expecting to get my possession but the way it’s ending up, i am loosing all of my patience, i urge all of the concerned person to look into this matter on prompt basis also please provide me the compensation for the delayed possession. I could see only one small pending due amount from my side in term of delayed interest which is around 2k and for this small amount i cannot believe that dlf is going to deny my right to get the benefit which should be given for the late possession.
It would be nice if someone can give me the email id of dlf officials for the concerned matter and i will reach out to them to get better explanation. Hope this will end up here only and i need not to take next step to resolve this matter.
