Dlf — illegal business operating from residential property

I would like to register my complaint against house owner of a-45-2, dlf phase-1, behind mega mall which is rented out to some businessman, this property is being used for illegal taxi operation services. It is well planned operation where tenant is living with his family and operation his business. This becomes big threat to residents of dlf phase-1 area. All the taxi drivers sit / stay in same in same locality and eve tease ladies all the time.
They also park their vehicles all along the main road and vacant plot which also creates nuisance.
Keeping in mind big threat to security of residents, i would request dlf management to take strict action and provide security to his residents.
