Dlf — Security Management at DLF

Dear Dr. Kushal Pal Singh, I have worked across 6 DLF buildings in the last 10 years. The guards in each of these facilities have been extremely courteous, respectful and disciplined with regards to rules. There have been a few times when they have had to be harsh about certain guidelines that must be adhered to, for everyones safety. However, it is disappointing to express how surprised I was at the disrespectful and aggressive demeanor and behaviour of the guards at the DLF Silokhera facility. The Supervisor Birender (DLF Silokhera SEZ) is the first of his kind, that I have seen in many many years o[censored]sing your buildings. Needless to say this only leads to a terrible fear and disconcerting lack of confidence in people who are stationed to guard your buildings and its occupants for safety and security.
