Dmire — order not delivered order id #144675

I have been ordered a traveler bag on dmire.com 12.07.2019,

i have been ask them on live chat as well as email about my order they said that with in 45 days the order will be delivered but now on 02.09.2019, it is more than 45 days,

now i am trying to contacting them on both channels to get my refund from last week, there is no reply yet probably they turn off the live chat for particular user.
