Dear sir/ma’am,
I have purchased one "shopper leather red casual backpack n tote bag combo" online through dmire.com on 12 august 2019. Since then i’m chasing them written several mails and chat though their online chat app on website but no response. I have paid the complete amount of rs.535 through online.
There is no revert, no tracking details, no product or refund from them.
Enclosing the order detail, it has the payment confirmation as well.
Kindly help in getting the same resolved
