I have placed an order of two bag on 11th aug'19 on website dmire but today it's 24th sep and still my order not delivered even through i have made an online payment. Payment amount was 1795/-. They don't have any contact number and only have chat option which is always offline. Even there are two mail ids on which i have complained multiple times but no one is reverting on that please help me in getting my money refunded.
