I have ordered trolly suitcase from dmire on 02/09/2019 through online paying an amount of rs 3254/- through payu payment gateway. After two day i have received the mail from dmire that they have not received the payment from payu so your order has been canceled. I requested both payu and dmire to refund my amount if such is the case. But both of them are not responding to my request to refund the amount.
