[Resolved] Dna Newspaper — The newspaper delivery not even initiated. | |||||
BNO: 3861875. I've paid Rs.600 for the DNA newspaper subscription of an year and I was initially told that it would start from the 16th of Sept, then was told that it would start from the 1st of October. The conversation that I've had with one of the customer service executives on the 30th of September is as follows: Reference No: [protected] Customer Service Executive: Garima who stated that the DNA subscription that you’ve availed has been fed in the system and you do not need to approach the nearby vendor, we will have it automatically delivered. I would request you to get the amount that I've paid to them refunded. I'm no more interested in their service. Please revert to this complaint at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||||
