Do Bhai Shoes — shows refunded but refund has not initiated

Snapdeal has not refunded me weather they have picked the delivered parcel of shoes.. I m giving my correct bank details and they are saying my ifsc code is incorrect.. But actually it is right... Its not my fault.. Now if we call on customer care.. They dont connect to any executive.. Only computer call... No refund in freecharge account... I have now boycotted snapdeal bcz of their careless attitude towards customers.. Plz give me my money or provide a offer for exchanging so that customer can buy something other of that pending money
