Dear Sir / Madam,

We had purchased a new connection with Dish, Setup Box HD Plus and Smart Stick it was to told over the phone from customer care the total price is about Rs. 2208, but the collection agent collected RS 2320 and only delivered Dish and Faulty Setup BOX, Smart Stick has not been given as the money for the same has already paid on 15.02.2019 online and got activated on 16.02.2019.

We were not able to to even watch a single channel as the Setup box was faulty, in spite on so many calls the Customer Care are least bothered and they make fun of the customers over the phone and laugh at us.

Especially when ladies try to complain they make fun of them and they keep us on hold for at least 30 minutes and finally disconnect the call.

I have had the worst experience in my life after subscribing with Dish TV (Dish TV India Ltd.).

I am totally frustrated and have lost my mental peace, I have requested the authorities to refund, but it falls deaf to their ears.

Highly irresponsible company and staff.

Please look into this issue and try to solve at the earliest.

Early action will be highly appreciated.
