Dog Barking — dog catcher

I live in hubtown gardenia, nr. 15 number bus stop, mira rd 401107
We have a problem with stray dogs, there are about 15 to 20 dogs, which stays exactly opposite to our bldg gate, they allwayz shout specially at night time after 11 pm. They come on the road and start barking/ shouting for full night, i have 1 year old baby, she gets disturb around 3am, some time she can't sleep just because of dogs shouts.

And important thing is there's a new mbmc garden is getting for people, and these dogs are so danger that they started going inside the garden as well and that is too by passing through the grill which is like less then half feet in broadness. These dogs are very dangerous. Request you to plz do something for us. We can't really sleep at night even if our window is close. They bark all the time at night.
