Dogs Problem — stray dogs attacking people

I am a resident of sector 1 gandhinagar and we have big issue of stray dogs here. They attack almost every person passing by. Even courier guys do not deliver parcel at our places due to this. Mainly near shopping center behind gayatri mandir. Please do something about this issue as soon as possible. 2 people fell from their bikes due to the same reason. There are almost 9-10 in their group which hide at a place and as soon as they see a pedetrian they start attacking.
