Domino's Pizza — 30 minutes late delivery and there is no liability provided to me.. | |||||
Last time on 31st august i ordered online from domino's app and my order number is 191 and it was late delivery. And then i called domino's customer support for liability and told them that the delivery is late and according to domino's policy they give refund and then the customer care told me that no worry sir refund is giving to you in 24 hrs but after 24hours there is no refund giving to me by dominos and then i call many times to domino's customer support after that there is no refund provided to me then they tie up my call to restaurant and the restaurant owner told me we do not provided you refund and he talking to me in a very rude way and give different different explanations to didn't give you refund. I told them that i will go to consumer court about that but he easily says "jahan jaana hai jaao". Please sir solve my issue if there is a policy of refund my domino's then it should give to the customers. Please sir solve my problem i will be very thankful to you.
