Domino's Pizza — Amount deducted but no order processed

Address:1322, Sector-9, Faridabad

On 14th May 21 night ordered a pizza, at first attempt amount deducted but no order generated. Again paid amount to get the order generated. So, At second attempt the order was successful.

Please look into and reverse the amount paid for what the service was not provided.

1. Contacted over mail to [protected]@jublfood.com but only got system generated response.
2. Complained with local store where reordered with same amount, but no proper response received.

Please help to resolve
