I had order online at 21:19 and until i go to store it was not baked, when i was your staff Virendra he informed me we cant prepare for you until CUSTOMER confirm the order. i asked him if its not confirmed online why you people keep system of online its better to stop online orders, so very rudly he mentioned very bad words telling that his company ### their staff so they didnt bake. so the word he used was totally worng and this is my second complaint to the same store. i prefer first educate your staff how to deal with CUSTOMERs later you can post them as front staff. if you could hear our conversation you could get very clear picture. I am a regular CUSTOMER in your store weekly bases if you see my email address. i have planned to put my comment on social media which these days is very strong communication sources. once agian i would like to inform his Name was Virendra. I waited in your store for 50 minutes even after ordering through online.Order # 106469
i believ there will be a strict action against him
