Domino's Pizza — Complaint against late order dispatch and the associate who confirmed my order | |||
I ordered a pizza, and made the payment online. As per the tracking it showed that my pizza was dispatched. Later I received a call from dominos for the order confirmation. I was surprised because as per the tracking it showed that my order was already dispatched and it was already 40 mins from the time I ordered. The lady on the line was confirming my address, I asked her whether my order is dispatched or not. She replied that it has not been dispatched yet. I told her that the tracking shows that it has already been dispatched. She neglected my question and started asking for the landmark. She was rude in her approach and neglectful as well. I also think that there is no transparency of the orders as the tracking shows different status than the actual status. Ultimately I had to wait for 1:30 hours for my pizza.
